If we asked our society,how many people are satisfied with their weight or ideal weight? I am satisfied with my weight and I did not have any weight issues not it be too much to say , Oh, if I lose 5 kg,I will be super of the words around us one of the phrases that we hear about the most I suspect that many people will agree.
Eating, body weight related to our thoughts, feelings and behavior, and our quality of life has begun to negatively affect our daily lives,we have eating behavior disorder. It shows it self binge eating,vomiting and lack of appetite.
Only thinner people can be attractive of the idea by society and the media to be pumped our subconscious,especially our young girls to look like mannequins they unconsciously popular diets,do ourselves wrong and low-calorie diet practices,children who tend to gain weihgt by the patients after exposed to excessive pressure,in a steady diet of the mother of her children growing up at home,mother is more powerful than father at home and she bears down the children eating disorders can occured more often. Researches showed that during 16 months in women who read magazines and newspapers of the symptoms of eating disorders are decreased.
Thoughout history, widely acknowledged idea of 'women are thin, men are lean and muscular' is happened eating disorders.
With an increased risk of obesity, wrong diet practises are increasing day by day more and more. Unhealty diet behaviours and body dissatisfaction effect people that binge eating behavior, and consequently it can be describle as an increased risk of obesity.
People who make low calorie diet of their own, without consulting nutritionist of the diet was found to increase eating disorders.
Body Mass Index(BKI=weightxheight m2) which help to decided the person's ideal weight. Only body mass index does not determine a person's ideal weight. A person's gender and age range is also important to determine the ideal weihgt. Suitable for age BKI's can be listed as follows<.

23-34 20-25 pre obese 25.00-29.99

Below 15-20% of the weight status is defined as a weakness. BMI between 18-20 shows thinness,under 18 shows weakness. BMI falls below 20 increases risk of mortality and reduces resistance to disease and appetite,causes the deterioration of function of organs. It is going easier to anorexia nevroza. You or your nearest person shows signs of following,be careful!
Person who is Anoreksia Nevroza: Small servings are consumed,they refuse that they are hungry and eat meal. Body weight losses would be unusual (≥ 15% loss ) or they loss a lot of weight in a short time. There is too much fear of obesity. Even they are weak,they see themselves fat and want to lose more weight do exercise constantly.
Person who is Bulimia: Eat secretly. After meal, they disappeared-usually and go to the bathroom. They eat too much,but do not gain weight. After eating, they would be embarrassed and get depressed. Eat unconciously and then vomit. Use laxative,diuretics,emetics and diet pills to lose wight. Acid happened by vomiting caused dental problems. Damage to the tooth enamel.
In every period of life( childhood,adolescence,pregnancy,lactation and older ages,etc..) different specific changes in our bodies for these periods and the result of these changes,may be wanted psychological and physical needs. Largest visible changes,to increase or decrease in body weight that all we are accustomed to be underweight or changes can be uncomfortable. In such cases, in cooperation with our doctor and dietitian follow your healty weight maintenance program and we can get the process more smoothly. To follow a program properly,not interrupt the program and follow the protection programs until the end,to be the same weight for a long time,will protect us from entering again for the same period.
