Alcohol speeds up the aging time with reasons and effects as premature wrinkles, collagen loss, flexibility loss, dehydration and skin rash. Never the less quantity and frequency are the main factors that determine the effects of alcohol. Alcohol specially drops the vitamin A level which is a vital source of antioxidant and cell renewability for our skin and our body. Vitamin A plays an important effect on our Vitamin A plays an important role on collagen production. The reduction of the collagen quantity causes a elastic loss on the skin. Collagen and elasticity makes the skin look smooth, full and young. Too much alcohol consumption increases collagen loss, effects elasticity reduction and therefore aging speed increases. Especially facial skin is much more sensitive then the other skin parts of our body and is affected the most.
Once alcohol is metabolized, it has an effect on widening our blood vessels and to increase blood circulation in our facial area. This brings eruption and swelling on the face. Using alcohol for long time and too much will cause blood vessels to swell and enhance, as a natural effect the skin will loose its tone, have lasting damages as patches of eruption seen at rozesea illness. After eruption happens, specially at the surrounding nose location where the skin is thinner rupture and explosions can be seen at capillaries. Alcohol also shows diuretic effects on the skin and dehydrates it. The more you consume alcohol the more you loose water.
Some research done on consumption of alcohol show that a moderate scale of consumption specially for elder people indicates drop of cholesterol ratios, reduce diabetes and heart stroke risks. But it is important to balance benefit and harm in between. Therefore the important part is that the benefits can cause harmful and devastating damages at long term. For example alcohol considered to be protective against heart attacks actually weakens the heart muscles and bring much more devastating damage as heart failure then illnesses such as cancer all alone. For these reasons alcohol will not find place at any beneficial part of the scale.
The consumption of alcohol will differ according to illnesses and sex of the person. The very important part of the consumption is how much and what frequency it is consumed. If a person consumes 4-5 wine glasses a day, he/her will definitely face health problems. Especially for persons who have hyper blood pressure, heart problems and diabetes for women one and men two measurement with meal would be advised to be cared for.
